摘    要:高校教师教育技术培训是提高教师信息素养、推进教育信息化的重要措施,随着对高校教师教育技术培训投入的逐年增加,培训的绩效问题显得越来越突出。文章结合教师教育技术培训实践,从绩效技术角度出发,重新审视了高校教师教育技术培训工作。

Abstract:College teachers' educational technology training is an important measure to improve their information literacy and educational information.With the increasing investment for college teachers' educational technology training,the performance issue of training appears more and more prominent year by year.The article reflects on the training itself based on the practice of college teachers' educational technology training and from the perspective of performance technology.
