| 摘 要： | 高校教师教育技术培训是提高教师信息素养、推进教育信息化的重要措施,随着对高校教师教育技术培训投入的逐年增加,培训的绩效问题显得越来越突出。文章结合教师教育技术培训实践,从绩效技术角度出发,重新审视了高校教师教育技术培训工作。
