自拟强腰固肾汤治疗强直性脊柱炎400例

[目的]观察强腰固肾汤治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)临床疗效。[方法]临床辨证治疗400例,观察对照治疗前后结果,比较各期疗效,分析无效病例所处年龄阶段。[结果]治疗前后观察指标比较大多P<0.01,差异非常显著:早、中、晚期总有效率分别为98.9%、91.6%、76.6%;无效病例主要分布于30岁以下中晚期。[结论]补肾通督法用于治疗AS疗效良好。

Self-Qiangyao Gushen Decoction Treatment 400 Cases of Ankylosing Spondylitis

[ Results ] Comparative mostly observed before and after treatment P 〈 0. 01, significant difference ： early, middle and late total effective rate 91.6% 98.9% 76.6%. invalid cases are mainly distributed in the middle and late age of 30, [ Conclusion] Bushen Tongdu method for the treatment of AS through a good effect.
