| 摘 要： | 目的：总结腹部真皮下血管网皮瓣修复手部创伤的方法和优越性。方法：58例手部创伤患者均采用腹部真皮下血管网皮瓣修复的方法，根据术后皮瓣成活状况及手的外形、功能判断治疗效果。结果：58例患者除3例皮瓣局部坏死，换药痊愈以外，其余均一期愈合，且手的外形、功能均良好。结论：腹部真皮下血管网皮瓣是修复手部创伤的一种良好方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To sum up the method and the superiority of the application of abdominal subdermic vascular net flaps in repairing hand wounds. Method: 58 cases of hand wounds were repaired with this flap. The efficacy was assessed according the survival of the flaps, the appearance and the function of the hands. Result: Except for 3 cases had local necrosis of the flaps and were cured after treatment, all the wounds healed by 1 st intention. The appearance and the function of the hands were very good. Conclusion: Abdominal subdermic vascular net flap is very good for repairing hand wounds. |
