非脱垂子宫阴式切除术54例分析

摘    要:目的探讨非脱垂子宫经阴道切除的临床应用效果。方法对术前已排除恶性病变的非脱垂子宫行子宫切除的患者,分为阴式和腹式2组进行临床观察。结果阴式组较腹式组平均手术时间缩短(P〈0.05),肛门排气时间缩短(P〈0.05),术后平均住院时间缩短(P〈0.05),而平均出血量无显著差别(P〉0.05),术后发热率及疼痛差别无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论阴式子宫切除术较腹式子宫切除术平均手术时间缩短,具有不必做腹部切口,术后患者起床活动早,进食亦早,损伤少,发热率低,术后机体恢复快,住院时间短,效果好,副作用少,能减轻患者经济负担,易被患者接受等优点,是值得推广的一种子宫全切术方法。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical value of transvaginal hysterectomy for moderate enlarged non-prolapsed uterus. Methods A clinical observation and comparison were made between transvaginal hysterectomy and abdominal hysterectomy for moderate enlarged non-prolapsed uteruses which were without malignant lesions. Results Transvaginal hysterectomy can be accomplished with shorter operating duration( P 〈 0. 05 ) ,less postoperative pain(0. 05 〈 P 〈 0. 10) , less fever ( P 〈 0. 05 ), earlier anus exhaustion ( P 〈 0. 05 ), shorter hospitalization time ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Compared with abdominal hysterectomy, transvaginal hysterectomy in associated with less operating duration,less damage, lighter interference with the abdomen,earlier recovery of indigestion after operation, lighter pain, fewer complications, a week hospital stay after operation for most and no scar. Transvaginal hysterectomy can lighten the economic burden of the patients and is a good choice for the hysterectomy patients.
