紫河车复方中药制剂对高校田径运动员血象指标的影响

目的:探讨紫河车复方中药制剂对高校田径运动员若干血象指标的影响。方法:20名运动员随机分为服药组(实验组)和非服药组(对照组),每组10人;在实施训练计划前后利用全自动血细胞分析仪对运动员进行血象检查;统计软件对数据进行分析处理。结果:①训练前后,各组自身比较表明:对照组MCH值显著升高(P<0.05),而实验组变化不明显;对照组RDW-CV、RDW-SD及PCT值显著降低(P<0.05),而实验组变化不明显;对照组PLT值显著升高(P<0.05),实验组差异不显著。②训练前,实验组PLT显著高于对照组的值,而训练后两组差异不具有显著性。③训练前,对照组PCT显著高于实验组的值(P<0.05),而训练后两组差异不具有显著性。④两组之间以及各组自身前后比较表明红细胞和血小板其余血象指标差异都不具有显著性(P>0.05)。结论:紫河车复方中药制剂一定程度上可以降低机体在运动应激状态中溶血发生,并且能促进机体红细胞和血小板生成。

The Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine "Human placenta" on the Haematolog Parameters of in the Track-and-field Athletes of College

Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine "Human placenta" on the haematolog parameters of in the track-and-field athletes of college.Methods Twenty athletes randomly were divided into the experiment group and comparison group,and each group is ten;at beginning and finishing of training,mensuration was implemented by the full automatic apparatus to analyse the haematolog;the SPSS was used to deal with the data.Results After training,MCH was significantly increase in the comparison group(P<0.05),but it was increase a little in the experiment group;,RDW-CV,RDW-SD and PCT significantly were decrease in the comparison group(P<0.05),but it was decrease a little in the experiment group;PLT significantly was increase in the comparison group(P<0.05),but it was decrease a little in the experiment group;Before training,PLT remarkably is higher in the experiment group than in the comparison group(P<0.05),but two groups of differences are not remarkable,after training;Before the training,PCT remarkably is higher in the comparison group than in the experiment group(P<0.05),but two groups of differences are not remarkable,after training;comparisons between two groups as well as in each group,the difference of other haematolog parameters about red blood cells and the blood platelet are not remarkable(P<0.05).Conclusion traditional Chinese medicine "Human placenta" may reduce,under state of sports,the occurrence of hematolysis,and promote production of red blood cells and blood platelets,in the certain degree.
