三蛇胆川贝糖浆中总生物碱含量测定

目的：建立三蛇胆川贝糖浆中总生物碱含量测定的方法，通过正交试验确定碱性 氯仿提取总生物碱的方式，加入过量硫酸与提取出的生物碱反应，用氢氧化钠回滴过剩的硫酸，以西贝母碱为参照物，根据生物碱消耗的硫酸量计算含量。结果：含量测定平衡回收率为94．6％，RSD＝0．966％。结论：碱性下用氯仿（1倍供试品量）提取供试品生物碱4次，然后进行酸碱滴定的方法，可以测得三蛇胆川贝糖浆中的总生物碱含量，方法简便、准确、重现性好，可于实际中应用。

The determination of toal alkaloids in trio of snake bile fritillariae syrup

Objective: To establish a method for the measurement of the total alkaloids in Trio of Snake Bile Friltillariae Syrup.Methods:The total alkaloids were extracted by chloroform in alka1inity by the way of intersect optimum seeking experiment,sufficient sulfuric acid was put in to react with the extracted alkaloids, then sodium hydroxide was put in to react with the surplus sulfuric acid, and with the imperialine as a constract, the total alkaloids were computed on te basis of the sulfuric acid that the alkaloids consumed. Results:The average recovery rate of the measurement was 94%,RSD=0.966%.Conclusions: The method in which the total alkaloialoids are extracted four times by chloroform(equal to the volume of the specimen) in alkalinity, and acid-alkalinity titration can be used to measure the total alkaloids in the Trio of Snake Bile Fritillariae Syrup is simple, accurate, and stable at reappearance, and can be used in practice.
