| 摘 要： | 目的:分析唇腭裂患儿手术麻醉苏醒期并发症的分布特点,探讨有效预防治疗措施。方法:650例3个月~6岁唇腭裂手术患儿,根据年龄分为3组:婴儿组3个月~1岁,幼儿组>1~3岁,儿童组>3~6岁,对麻醉苏醒期所出现的并发症进行评估和分析。结果:各年龄组中并发症分布不一致,婴儿组以低氧血症(23.0%)多见,幼儿组以心动过速(7.4%)和低氧血症(8.5%)多见,儿童组则以呕吐(10.9%)、躁动(6.5%)多见(P<0.05)。结论:对唇腭裂患儿麻醉苏醒期应加强观察和监测,并根据年龄特点采取不同的治疗和护理措施。
