| 二维超声、彩色多普勒超声应用于输尿管结石中的诊断准确性分析 |

| 摘 要： | 目的:分析在输尿管结石患者诊断中应用二维超声和彩色多普勒超声的诊断价值。方法:随机抽取2012年1月-2018年12月我院476例输尿管病变患者,患者均接受二维超声、彩色多普勒超声检查,与X射线造影/手术结果对比,统计诊断准确率。结果:本组476例患者,经超声检查在输尿管结石中的诊断符合率达到98.42%,超声在显示患者输尿管结石、周围压迫、狭窄、膀胱肿瘤浸润以及囊肿等方面的总符合率为97.06%。结论:在输尿管结石患者诊断中通过应用二维超声与彩色多普勒超声可显著提升诊断准确性具有较高的临床应用价值。
