为探讨迟发性癫痫的病因、发作类型及检查方法,作者结合文献复习,对100例迟发性癫痫进行分析,认为缺血性脑血管病为老年人迟发性癫痫的首要原因.发作类型主要表现为单纯部分发作、复杂部分发作及全身性强直一阵挛发作,讨论了诊断问题.

Clinical Analysis of 100 Cases of Delayed Epilepsy

In order to probe into the causes, types and examination of delayed epilepsy, the authors analysed 100 cases of delayed epilepsy in combination with documents. We suggested that ischemic cerebrovascular disease was the leading cause of senile delayed epilepsy. The types of attack were maily simple partial epilepsy, complex partial epilepsy and general tonic contracted convulsion. This paper also discussed the diagnosis of the disease.
