伏暑的伏邪与发病研究

伏暑是传统的伏气温病之一,7版《温病学》认为暑湿病邪是伏暑的伏邪,而伏暑发病有两种证型(暑湿郁蒸气分、暑热内炽营分)又是由于感邪性质不同(暑热病邪、暑湿病邪)及邪伏部位有异所致。由于伏邪性质前后表述不一,造成了在教与学中的困惑。文章根据前人有关伏暑、暑邪的论述,从伏邪性质、邪伏变化(从化、量变)、发病层次(气分、营血分)等方面探讨伏暑的病因病机,旨在为伏暑的现代阐释更加完整规范提供思考。
