| 摘 要： | 目的:观察泄癀方对急慢性肝炎、肝硬化的治疗作用,特别是对高胆红素血症的消退作用.方法:在常规应用护肝降酶药物的基础上,治疗组用泄癀方治疗,对照组用门冬氨酸钾镁或思美泰治疗,比较两组患者肝功能的改善以及症状、体征的改善情况.结果:治疗组在上述各个方面均不同程度优于对照组.结论:泄癀方护肝退黄作用肯定.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the curative effect of Xiehuang on treating acute, chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis, esp, on relieving high red bile blood syndrome.Methods:Besides treating by medicines of protecting liver and decreasing enzyme, therapy group was treated by Xiehuang decoction, and control group was treated by Sitaimei and other western medicine. Then to compare their improving condition of liver function and syndrome and index. Results: All aspects above in therapy group were improved better than those in ontrol group. Conclusion:Xiehuang decoction has evident effect on protecting liver and relieving jaundice. |
