DNA修复基因XRCC1在宫颈癌中的表达

目的　探讨DNA修复基因XRCC1在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法　应用免疫组织化学SP法 ,检测 10例正常宫颈 ,60例宫颈鳞癌和 9例宫颈腺癌组织中XRCC1的表达水平。结果　在宫颈癌组织中XRCC1的阳性表达率为 66 7% (4 6/67) ;与正常宫颈组织中比较 ,有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;XRCC1在宫颈癌中的表达与临床分期及组织学分级有关 (P <0 0 1) ,与淋巴结转移和病理类型无关 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　DNA修复基因XRCC1与宫颈癌的发生发展密切相关。

Expression of DNA Repair Gene XRCC1 in Cervical Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of XRCC1 in cervical carcinoma.Methods The SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of XRCC1 in 10 cases with normal cervical tissues, 60 cases with cervical squamous carcinoma and 9 cases with cervical adenocarcinoma.Results 1) The positive expression rates of XRCC1 were 66.7 % (46/67) in cervical carcinoma. There were significant differences between cervical carcinoma and normal group(P<0.05). 2) The expression of XRCC1 was positively correlated with the clinical stages and differentiation of tumor(P<0.01),but not with the lymph node metastases and pathological types(P>0.05).Conclusions The DNA repair gene XRCC1 was related to the generation and development of cervical carcinoma.
