| 摘 要： | 大黄是治疗慢性肾功能衰竭 (CRF)的有效药物 ,也是最常用的药物。但大黄属于苦寒泻下药 ,运用时应注意分寸 ,避免滥用。重点从大黄治疗CRF的历史、运用标准、疗效判断等方面进行探讨。
