榛蘑脂溶性部分化学成分研究

摘    要:目的:研究榛蘑脂溶性部分化学成分。方法:采用溶剂提取法从食用菌榛蘑中提取脂溶性成分,用GC-MS对其化学成分进行鉴定;采用DPPH法测定榛蘑脂溶性部分清除自由基的能力。结果:鉴定出35个成分,占脂溶性部分的90.83%以上。结论:榛蘑脂溶性成分主要为酯类和饱和烷烃类物质;清除自由基的能力随着浓度的加大而不再加大。

Abstract:Objective: Study on Chemical Constitutes of Fatty Contents from Armillaria mellea(Vabelx Fr) Quel.Methods: The Constitutes of fatty contents from Armillaria mellea(Vabelx Fr) Quel were studied by GC-MS;The fatty extuacts of Armillaria mellea were tested by the method of DPPH scavenging free radical for the first time.Results: 35 components were separated,identified and accounted for over 90.83%.Conclusion: By analyzing the fatty Contents from Armillaria mellea(Vabelx Fr) Quel,the scientific foundations were provided for further development of the fungi to be utilized not only as a kind of medicine but also a kind of food.
