广西壮族农民心理健康状况及影响因素分析

目的评估广西壮族农民心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法采用多阶段分层整群系统抽样方法进行抽样,使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对样本人群进行测评,共获有效问卷921份。使用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果壮族农民SCL-90任一因子分阳性率为45.80%,总分阳性率为21.90%;壮族农民SCL-90分值高于全国常模和3省区(河北、浙江、广西)正常成人(P<0.05);不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况、经济水平、宗教信仰、慢性病史、入睡时间、客观支持、主观支持水平壮族农民的SCL-90分值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素非条件Logistic回归分析结果显示,性别、宗教信仰、慢性病史、入睡时间和主观支持5个因素进入回归模型。结论性别、宗教信仰、慢性病史、入睡时间和主观支持是广西壮族农民心理健康的主要影响因素。

Status and influencing factors of mental health in Zhuang ethnic peasants in Guangxi

Objective To evaluate the status and the influencing factors of mental health in Zhuang ethnic peasants in Guangxi.Methods Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90) and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS) were applied to 921 Zhuang peasants selected with stratified cluster sampling.All data were dealt with software SPSS 13.0.Results There were signifi-cant differences in SCL-90 scores between groups with different sex, age, marriage status, economic level, religious belief, chronic disease history,time of falling asleep, objective support, and subjective support.The scores of SCL-90 in Zhuang peasants were significantly higher than that of norms of Chinese and the norms of adults in three provinces including Hebei, Zhejiang and Guangxi.The no-condition logistic multiple factor regression analysis showed that sex,religious belief,chronic disease, time of falling asleep, and subjective support entered regression model.Conclusion Sex, religious belief, chronic disease, time of falling asleep, and subjective support are influencing factors of the mental health of Zhuang peasants in Guangxi.
