| 摘 要： | Biaoyoufu (<标幽赋>), written by acupuncturist DOU Han-qing of Jin Dynasty, with extremely profound theory constructively revealed the relationship between needling and yin-yang, five elements, zang-fu organs, meridians,qi, blood, needling techniques, methods in selecting points, points for attention and contraindications,introduced author's clinical experience and realization,elaborated the essence of Neijing (<内经>), and it is highly praised by all doctors through ages and it also has guiding function in clinic. Some acquisitions from Biaoyoufu (<标幽赋>)is now reported as follow.

| Abstract: | Conclusion Plain dialectical Materialism permeates every part ofBiaoyoufu, diagnosis and therapy are all macroscopic, which are different from microscopic idea of western medicine, correspondence of universe and man permeates in many chapters, it includes universe interaction, regular changes in movement, unity and opposite idea, etc. especially, inBiaoyoufu, application of eight extra-meridians are very unique, and have a conclusion on needling techniques inNeijing andNanjing, which have very profound significance on later acupuncturists.
