围绝经期职业女性心理干预及其心率变异性的观察

目的 观察围绝经期职业妇女心理干预效果与心率变异性之间的关系。方法 对围绝经期103名职业女性．在心理干预前后分别测量症状自评量表（SCL-90）和心率变异性，并进行比较。结果 心理干预后．SCL-90除恐怖因子没有变化外，其它各因子均有显著性差异（P〈0．05或0．01）；心率变异性在时域分析和频域分析上都显示，在心理干预后交感神经和迷走神经趋于平衡，比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05或0．01）。结论 围绝经期职业妇女可以通过心理干预调整其交感神经和迷走神经趋于平衡。

Observation of Mental Interfering in Occupation Females Peri-menopause and Changes of Their Heart Rate Variability

Objective To observe the relationship of mental interfering's effection and heart rate variability for occupational females in peri-menopause.Methods 103 occupation females in their peri-menopause were measured with Symptom Check List 90(SCL-90) and Holter in heart rate variability fore-and-aft mental interfering.The results were compared.Results Excepting terror's factor,there were significance difference between fore-and-aft mental interfering in other factors of SCL-90(<0.05 or 0.01),So were heart rate variability(<0.05 or 0.01).Time domain analysis methods and frequency domain analysis methods showed sympathetic nerve system and pneumogastric nerve system were getting balance after mentally interfering.Conclusion After mental interfering,occupational females' sympathetic nerve system and pneumogastric nerve system were getting balance in their peri-menopausewere.
