| 摘 要： | 增殖诱导配体(APRIL)是近年来发现的肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)超家族成员。通过对APRIL的基因蛋白结构、组织表达、信号传导通路的研究,发现它在多种肿瘤细胞内表达,并对肿瘤细胞的增殖和抗凋亡发挥重要作用。抑制APRIL与其受体结合、阻断其信号传导通路可明显抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖从而为肿瘤的治疗提供新途径。

| Abstract: | A proliferation-induced ligand(APRIL)is a recently found member of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)superfamily.Studies on the gene and protein structures,tissue expression of APRIL and signaling path- way indicate that APRIL expresses in many tumors cells,and has very important role on cell proliferation and anti-apoptosis.Preventing APRIL from binding to their receptors and blocking their downstream signaling path- ways can obviously inhibit tumor cells proliferation,which probably provide new methods for tumors treatment. |
