健侧颈7神经根经椎前路转位治疗外伤性臂丛神经损伤患者的护理

目的探讨健侧颈7神经根经椎前路转位治疗外伤性臂丛神经损伤患者的护理方法。方法回顾性分析2006年1月至2012年12月在第二炮兵总医院骨科治疗的30例外伤所致臂丛神经损伤的患者的临床资料,所有患者均采用健侧颈7神经根经椎前路转位重建受损的臂丛神经,术前加强心理护理,术后注重肢体及支具护理及健康指导。结果患者术后恢复良好,经过1~2年随访,患者肌力增强。结论健侧颈7神经根经椎前路转位重建受损的臂丛神经效果较好,术后精心护理是患者早日康复的关键。

Nursing for Repair of Traumatic Brachial Plexus Injury with Contralateral C 7 Nerve Transfer via Ante-vertebral Transposition

Objective To study the nursing strategy of the contralateral C 7 nerve transfer via ante-verte-bral transposition .Methods Clinical data of 30 cases patients with traumatic brachial plexus injury were retrospective analyzed .All patients were accepted contralateral C 7 nerve transfer to repair the injury via ante-vertebral canal .Strengthen psychological nursing before surgery ,and pay attention to body nursing , equipment protection and health guidance after surgery .Results Patients recovered well after surgery , the muscle strength was increased positively after 1 -2 years follow-up .Conclusion Contralateral C 7 nerve transfer via ante-vertebral transposition was effective to recover injured brachial plexus ,and the postoperative intensive care was the key step for an early recovery .
