人文关怀叙事护理素材的开发与制作

摘    要:目的开发适用于护理院校人文关怀教学和临床培训的叙事护理素材。方法采用参与式观察法、行为事件访谈法、文献调查法收集叙事素材,运用内容分析法进行资料分析,并对其进行叙事化处理和分类制作。结果开发了一套围绕护理对象生命周期的叙事护理素材,涵盖"生命伊始的相迎"、"成长途中的相伴"、"流金岁月的相依"、"桑榆到晚的相守"、"临别之际的相送"5个主题,包含电子故事、图片、影视、书目推荐4种类型的素材,共计107件。结论本课题开发的叙事护理素材为护理院校和临床开展人文关怀教学提供了内容丰富、主题鲜明、专业特色明显的叙事护理资源。

Abstract:Objective To develop a set of nursing narrative resources that applied to nursing humanistic caring education in nursing school and clinical practice.Methods Participant observation, behavioral event interview and literature survey were used to obtain narrative resources.The data were analyzed by content analyses and narrative processed,and also refined the theme.Results Nursing narrative resources with 107 materials in form of digital story,picture,movie and text were constructed according to patients' different periods of life cycle, which consist of five themes including welcome newborns, accompany with childhood, take care of adult,be together with the elders,farewell in the last period.Conclusion The materials provide comprehensive,characteristic and professional teaching resource for nursing humanistic caring education in nursing school, as well as in clinical practice.
