我国护理教育方向研究生硕士学位论文分析

目的了解我国护理硕士研究生护理教育研究方向的发展、选题热点和动向,为护理研究生选题、护理教育的进一步完善提供参考。方法采用文献计量法,利用中国知网检索护理硕士研究生学位论文中有关护理教育的课题,并进行统计分析。结果护理教育硕士学位论文数量呈逐年增加的趋势,但占同年护理学位论文总数的比例增加不明显。研究内容以"学生"(38%)和"教学"(16.7%)居多;研究对象学历层次以本科(74.0%)、硕士研究生(15.4%)居多;研究性质以量性研究(89.6%)为主,近年来质性研究虽有增加,但数量仍较少;研究设计类型以非实验性研究(83.7%)为主;资料收集方法以问卷调查(57.1%)居多,其次是德尔斐法(19.0%)。结论护理教育方向硕士学位论文研究内容日趋丰富,研究设计形式更加多样,但质性研究、实验性研究仍然缺乏,还有待进一步发展。

Analysis on Academic Dissertations about Nursing Education of Nursing Master Degree Students in China

Objective To analyze the current status and developing trends on academic dissertations about nursing education of nursing postgraduate in China,and to provide references for nursing students on dissertation topic selection and nursing education research.Methods All dissertations related to nursing education were searched in the CNKI database,they were sorted and analyzed by bibliometrics methods.Results The number of dissertations on nursing education was increased in recent years,but there was no obvious increase of the total number of the nursing degree thesis.The most popular topics were ＂student＂（ 38%） and ＂teaching＂（ 16.7%）.The education level of objects were mainly about undergraduates（ 74%）,and then were postgraduates（ 15.4%）.The percentage of quantitative research were（ 89.6%）,although qualitative research has increased after 2006,but the total amount still small.The research design method were mainly non- experimental research（ 83.7%）,and the tools were mainly questionnaires（ 69.7%） and Delphi method（ 19%）.Conclusion The research contents of nursing education of nursing postgraduates and study design forms have been enriched,but there was still a lacking of qualitative research and experimental study,so it remains to be further development.
