中医换药技术在急性乳腺炎脓肿切开引流治疗中的应用

目的探讨中医换药技术在急性乳腺炎脓肿切开引流治疗中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析并总结2012年5月至2013年2月,上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院皮肤科采用中医换药技术治疗的42例急性乳腺炎成脓期患者的临床资料。结果 42例患者中,40例患者痊愈出院,2例患者局部僵块形成,平均住院天数为(6±1.7)d,未发生乳漏及其他并发症;1例患者出院后另一侧乳房新发急性乳腺炎,经治疗后痊愈;全组患者的总有效率为95.2%。结论中医换药技术在急性乳腺炎脓肿切开引流治疗中具有手术创伤小、换药痛苦轻、术后留瘢小、炎症消退快、术后并发症少、病程短、复发率低等诸多优势。

The Application of the Dressing Technology of TCM in the Treatment of Acute Mastitis Abscess with Incision and Drainage

Objective To study the application effects of the dressing technology of TCM in the treatment of acute mastitis abscess with incision and drainage. Methods Clinical data of 42 acute mastitis patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of 42 cares , 40 patients were cured, 2 patients with limited stiff block,and the average hospitalization was 6d,and no incidence of lactorrhea and other complications hap- pended.1 patient suffered acute mastitis at the other side breast and recovered after treatment;and the total efficiency was 95.2%.Conclusion In the acute mastitis abscess with the treatment of incision and drain- age, the use of the dressing technology of TCM has many advantages, such as small surgical trauma, lightly dressing pain, surgical scar, fast inflammation subside, fewer complications, short hospitalization period, low recurrence rate and so on.
