食管癌术后患者的生活质量现况及其影响因素

目的探讨食管癌术后患者的生活质量现况及其影响因素。方法便利抽样法选择2009年5月至2012年5月在东阳市人民医院胸外科住院治疗的食管癌手术患者120例为研究对象。采用一般资料问卷、简明生活质量调查量表(the MOS item short form health survey,SF-36)、家庭支持功能量表对其进行调查,分析生活质量的影响因素。结果食管癌手术患者SF-36量表各维度评分明显低于常模,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01或P0.05)。不同婚姻状况、家庭人均收入、医疗费用来源、家庭支持功能的食管癌术后患者生活质量的评分差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。多元回归分析显示,医疗费用来源和家庭支持功能是其独立危险因素。结论食管癌术后患者生活质量不高,护理人员应采取有针对性的措施提高患者的生活质量。

Quality of Life and Its Influencing Factors of Esophageal Cancer Patients after Surgery

Objective To explore the patient’s quality of life and its influencing factors of esophageal cancer after surgery .Methods By convenience sampling ,totally 120 patients were interviewed in thoracic surgery department of Dongyang people’s hospital .The general data questionnaire ,the MOS item short form health survey and family support function scale were used to survey and analyze the influence factors of quality of life of these patients .Results Compared with the general population ,the investigation found that SF-36 scale with each dimension score was lower in patients with esophageal cancer surgery（ P〈0 .01 or P〈0 .05） .Statistically significant difference was noted between different marital status ,family income per capita ,source of medical expenses and family support function of the patient’ s quality of life （ P〈0 .05） .Multiple regression analysis showed that source of medical costs and family support function are the independent risk factors .Conclusion The patient’s quality of life after operation was low ,so nursing staff should take forceful measures to improve the patient’s quality of life .
