带线锚钉治疗胫骨平台关节面后缘撕脱性骨折患者的护理

目的探讨带线锚钉内固定治疗胫骨平台关节面后缘撕脱性骨折患者的护理方法。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2012年1月,在桐乡市第二人民医院骨科治疗的15例胫骨平台关节面后缘撕脱性骨折患者的临床资料,并总结其护理方法。结果患者住院15~28d,平均(17.7±5.6)d。所有患者均获随访,时间9~23个月,平均(11.1±3.37)个月,X线摄片显示,撕脱性骨折愈合良好。患者关节功能按Lysholm膝关节评分标准进行评价显示,优12例、良2例、可1例,优良率为93.3%。结论精心细致和全面的护理是促进患者康复、预防术后并发症、提高治疗效果的重要措施。

Nursing of Suture Anchor Treatment for Patients with Avulsion Fracture in Posterior Edge of Tibial Plateau

Objective To investigate the nursing method of the suture anchor treatment for patients with avulsion fracture in posterior edge of tibial plateau .Methods Clinical data of 15 patients with avulsion fracture in posterior edge of tibial plateau were analyzed retrospective ,and summarize the nursing method .Results The patients hospi-talized about 15 -28 d ,averaged （17 .7 ± 5 .6） d .All patients were followed up with 9 -23 months ,averaged （11 .1 ± 3 .37） months .The X-ray films showed that the avulsion fracture was healed perfectly .Joint function of patients were evaluated by using Lysholm’s scoring system ,the results were excellent in 12 cases ,good in 2 cases , fair in 1 case ,the excellent and good rate was 93 .3% .Conclusion The thoughtful ,comprehensive and careful nurs-ing can effectively promote the rehabilitation of the patient and prevent the complication after surgery ,and also an important measure to improve the therapeutic effect .
