| 摘 要： | 目的探讨后腹腔镜肾部分切除患者术后并发症的护理方法。方法回顾性分析并总结2012年8月至2013年5月湖州市第一人民医院收治的37例行后腹腔镜肾部分切除术的肾肿瘤患者的临床资料。结果 37例后腹腔镜肾部分切除患者均安全度过围术期,未发生严重并发症,恢复良好。结论后腹腔镜肾部分切除术后正确、规范的护理和早期宣教指导可以有效减少并发症的发生,提高患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss nursing strategy in complications prevention of patients undergone retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy.Methods Clinical Data of 37 cases of patients accepted retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy were analyzed retrospectively.Results All the 37 cases went through perioperational period safely without severe complications,and the wound healed perfectly.Conclusion Standard nursing and early education after retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve patient＇s life quality. |
