弹弓式磨牙远移器的临床应用

摘    要:目的 研究口内支抗法远中移动磨牙的方法。方法 使用弹弓式磨牙远移器,以Nance弓为支抗,弹力链状圈为矫治力来源,借助钢丝支架远中移动磨牙。共治疗8例患者。结果 磨牙每月可向远中移动1.46mm。结论 弹弓式磨牙远移器能有效地利用口内支抗远中移动磨牙,并具有加力方便、磨牙不易旋转、易于清洁的优点。

Abstract:Objective To move maxillary molars distally by using intiaoial anchorage methods. Methods 8 patients were treated with slingshot appliance for bilateral distalization of the maxillary molars. The power chain was the source of the orthodontic force, and the Nance appliance was used as anchorage unit. Results Molars were moved distally 1.46mm each month. Conclusion Slingshot appliance could result in effective distal movement of molars only by using intraoral anchorage.
