| 摘 要： | 用瘰螈和肥螈的肠及睾丸作实验材料.观察其染色体组型。瘰螈系XX/XY的异型染色体组,雌体为24(16m+8sm),雄体为24(17m+7sm),第9对为性染色体.肥螈的染色体组型为24(12m+12sm),无异型性染色体。又肥螈的组型与朱等报道24(16m+8sm)有异,可能是两个亚种。

| Abstract: | The karyotypes of two species of Salamander are studied with testis and intestine.
The chromosomal sex of Trituroides chinensis is XX/XY heteromorphic type. The keryotype of female is 24 ( 16m+8 sm). The karyotype of male is 24 ( 17m + 7 sm ) and the 9th pair sex chromosomes.
The karyotype of Pachytriton brevipes is 24m ( 12m + 12sm ) . There is no heteromorphic pair. It differs from the report of Zhu Jimei 24(16m + 8sm). It's possible that they belong to 2 subspecies. |
