清肝冲剂治疗慢性丙型肝炎的研究

为观察清肝冲剂治疗慢性丙肝的疗效。观察了清肝冲剂治疗127例慢性丙型肝炎(HCV)的疗效,并以干扰素(赛诺金)为对照用药,疗程均为6个月,随访12个月;部分病例进行了HCV—RNA定量(PT—PCR)检查。结果：清肝冲剂治疗后绝大部分患者症状消失,症状积分显著下降。治疗半年时肝功能中ALT、AST复常率分别为60％和52．9％。ALT、AST均值显著下降,且呈时间依赖关系,停药后未见反跳,一年时随访,ALT、AST复常率达88％。血清透明质酸(HA)、Ⅳ型胶原(CIV)显著下降;清肝冲剂治疗后HCV RNA阴转率为30．71％;61．1％的患者病毒含量明显下降。提示中药清肝冲剂有一定的保肝和抗病毒作用。

Clinical Study on Chronic Hepatitis C Treated by "Liver-Clearing Granule"

To observe the clinical efficacy of "Liver-Clearing Granule" in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C,127 cases in treatment group were treated by the Granule and another 40 cases in control group were treated by interferon,with six-month course and one-year survey.Results:After six-month treatment in treatment group,most symptoms disappeared and the score of symptoms fell obviously;the restoration rates of ALT and AST were 60% and 52.9% respectively;the contents of ALT and AST dropped and decreased with treatment time;no relapse happened.The survey one year after final treatment showed that the restoration rate of liver functions was 88%;HA and CIV reduced remarkably;the negative-transforming rate of HCV RNA was 30.7%;the contents of hepatitis virus reduced in 61.1% of cases.It is revealed that the Granule is fairly effective to protect the liver and fight viruses.
