大肠癌抑癌基因蛋白P33ING1表达的临床意义

目的研究抑癌基因蛋白P33ING1在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤生物学行为的相关性。方法对54例大肠癌手术切除的癌组织和癌周正常组织,应用免疫组织化学方法检测抑癌基因蛋白P33ING1的表达,探讨它与肿瘤生物学行为的相关性。结果P33ING1在正常组织中呈高表达,在肿瘤组织中呈低表达;并与组织类型、淋巴结转移、临床分期和5年生存率相关(P<0.05)。结论抑癌基因蛋白P33ING1在大肠癌中表达水平降低,可能是癌肿发生、生长和浸润转移的重要因素,可作为判断肿瘤恶性程度的重要指标。

Study on the Expression of P33ING1 in Colorectal Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression of P33ING1 in colorectalcarcinoma and the relation-ship between this protein and the biological behavior of carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of P33ING1 in the carcinoma tissues and normal tissues around the foci. The relation-ship between the protein and the biological activity of carcinoma was further investigated. Results The expression of P33ING1 was low in carcinoma tissues but high in normal tissues. The expression of the protein was related to the tissue type, metastasis of lymph node, Dukes stage, and five-year survival rate. Conclussion The low expression of P33ING1 in carcinoma may be important factors involved in carcinogenosis, development, invasion and metastasis, which can be used as predictors of malignant behavior of colorectal carcinoma.
