| Abstract: | The main diagnostic feature of anti-glomerular basement membrane (anti-GBM) antibody disease is represented by the immunofluorescence pattern of intense and diffuse linear IgG deposition along the glomerular basement membrane. By light microscopy several histological patterns can be observed. |
