曲美他嗪改善老年下肢动脉疾病患者运动耐量的研究

目的研究曲美他嗪对老年下肢动脉疾病（LEAD）患者运动耐量的影响。方法下肢动脉疾病合并冠心病患者108例，随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予常规药物治疗及步行锻炼，治疗组在常规药物治疗及步行锻炼的基础上给予曲美他嗪治疗。对比研究两组治疗前、治疗后3月踝臂指数（ABI）、6min步行距离（6MWD）。结果两组6MWD均较治疗前增加，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组治疗后上述指标优于对照组，差异有统计学：意义（P〈0．05）；两组治疗后ABI无明显改变。结论曲美他嗪能改善老年LEAD患者运动耐量。

Study on rimetazidine improving exercise performance in Aged Patients with Lower extremity arterial disease

Objective To observe the effect of trimetazidine on the the exercise performance of aged patients with lower extremity arterial disease （LEAD）. Methods 78 patients with LEAD combined coronary heart disease were enrolled. All the patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Rountine drug therapy and walk exercise were given to patients in control group, while trimetazidine was applied to patients in treatment group besides routine drug therapy and walk exercise. Ankle brachial index （ABI） and 6-minute walking distance （ 6MWD ） were observed in both groups before treatment and 3 months after treatment. Results 6MWD was obviously increased after treatment in both groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. The therapeutic effects in treatment group was better than that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no obvious difference in the ABI between control group and treatment group. Conclusion Trimetazidine can improve exercise performance in aged patients with LEAD.
