摘 要: | 目的对常见呼吸道感染(RTI)的9项病原体IgM抗体检测进行分析,探究一种快速、简捷、灵敏的方法。方法采用间接免疫荧光法对1151例患者进行嗜肺军团茵、肺炎支原体、Q热立克次体、肺炎衣原体、腺病毒(ADV)、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、甲型流感病毒、乙型流感病毒、副流感病毒9项病原体IgM抗体进行检测。结果9项病原体IgM抗体在儿童组中阳性率为37.9%,以RSV感染多见;在成人组中阳性率为27.1%,以ADV感染多见。结论IF法是检测RTI病原体的一种具有高灵敏度和高特异性且操作简便的方法,适合临床实验室推广应用。

Abstract: | Objective To explore the significance of detection of nine pathogenic IgM antibodies in patients with respiratory tract infection ( RTI), and to explore a fast, simple and sensitive method for detection of pathogens of respiratory tract infection. Methods Indirect immunofluo-rescence (IF) kits were used to test IgM antibodies against Legionella pneumophila, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Coxiella burnetii, Chlamydia pneu- moniae, adenovirus (ADV), respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), influenza A virus, influenza B virus and parainfluenza virus in serum samples of 1151 cases ofRTI. Results The positive rates ofRTI pathagens were 37. 9% in children group and 27.1% inadult group, respectively. RSVwas most frequently observed in children group, while ADV was one of the most common pathogens in adult group. Conclusion These results suggested that the application of IF in detection of antibodies against RTI pathogens has been proved to be high sensitive and specific, and it is simple to be operated and suitable for widespread clinical application. |
