睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征与肱踝脉搏波传导速度的相关性

目的探讨睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者与肱踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)相关性及其影响因素。方法收集OSAHS患者为OSAHS组,同期健康体检者对照组。分析影响OSAHS患者baPWV的相关指标。结果 OSAHS组baPWV值显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在AHI或者最低SaO2重度组baPWV显著高于其轻中度组(P<0.05)。分析显示baP-WV与OSAHS组患者年龄、氧减指数、收缩压存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论 OSAHS患者与baPWV具有相关性,作为OSAHS患者动脉形态学改变即动脉粥样硬化早期无创检查baPWV存在明显变化,值得临床进一步应用研究。

Correlation analysis between obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity

Objective To explore the correlation and influencing factors between brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity（baPWV） and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS）.Methods The patients with OSAHS were taken as the OSAHS group,and the healthy people were taken as the control group.The related factors influencing baPWV in patients with OSAHS were analyzed.Results The value of baPWV was significantly higher in the OSAHS group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.The baPWV was significantly higher in the severe OSAHS group than in the low-moderate group（P〈0.05）.Analysis showed that the baPWV of patients with OSAHS was related to age,oxygen desaturation index and systolic blood pressure（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The baPWV is related to patients with OSAHS.The abnormal changes of baPWV are present earlier than the morphological changes of atherosclerosis in OSAHS patients,which is worthy of further study.
