煤工尘肺合并COPD使用舒利迭治疗研究

目的评价长期规则使用舒利迭对煤工尘肺合并COPD患者的临床疗效。方法选择本院的80例煤工尘肺合并COPD的患者,随机分成观察者、对照组。对照组予吸氧、解痉平喘、止咳化痰等一般治疗,共2年。观察者在以上治疗基础满1年后,再加舒利迭长期吸入,治疗1年。每2月行一次肺功能检测,记录每次急性发作的持续时间。结果比较肺功能、急性加重次数及平均每次急性加重持续的时间。第一年,两组无显著差异。第二年,观察组以上指标都明显改善,有统计学意义。对照组肺功能较一年前数值有所下降,急性加重次数及平均持续时间略有增加,P>0.05。两组对照有显著差异,P<0.05。结论长期吸入舒利迭,能改善煤工尘肺合并COPD的肺功能,能延长其缓解期。

Effect of Seretide in the treatment of coal workers with pneumoconiosis complicated with COPD

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of long-term regular use of Seretide in the treatment of coal workers with pneumoconiosis complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Methods 80 coal workers with pneumoconiosis complicated with COPD were randomly divided into two groups.All patients were treated with oxygen,antispasmodic and asthma relieve,cough and phlegm relieve and other general treatment,and the treatment course were 2 years.1-year after the treatment,the observation group was additionally treated with Seretide inhalation for 1 year.Pulmonary function was tested and compared every two months,and the duration of acute attack was recorded.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups at the first year.The improvement of the above mentioned indicators was more pronounced in the observation group than in the control group at the second year（P 0.05）.Conclusion Long-term regular Seretide inhalation can improve their pulmonary function and prolong their remission stage in the treatment of coal workers with pneumoconiosis complicated with COPD.
