母牛分枝杆菌菌苗免疫辅助治疗老年初治空洞型肺结核的疗效分析

摘    要:目的探讨母牛分枝杆菌菌苗联合化疗对老年免疫功能低下的空洞型肺结核的疗效。方法 64例老年免疫功能低下初治空洞型肺结核患者随机分为治疗组33例和对照组31例,治疗组在对照组常规抗结核方案基础上,联合母牛分枝杆菌菌苗治疗。结果治疗2月末的痰菌阴转率、病灶及空洞治疗有效率,血清白蛋白,CD4+T淋巴细胞数,CD4+/CD8+T细胞;治疗6月末的痰菌阴转率、病灶及空洞治疗有效率,治疗组均较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论母牛分枝杆菌菌苗能明显改变老年CD4+T淋巴细胞低下的初治空洞型肺结核患者的细胞免疫功能,加快病变的吸收和痰菌的阴转速度,对结核病的治疗有辅助作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the curative effect of mycobacterium bovis combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs in the treatment of senile patients with initially treated pulmonary cavity tuberculosis.Methods 64 senile patients with initially treated pulmonary cavity tuberculosis were randomly divided into tow groups.All patients were given the conventional anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy,and the treatment group(n = 33) was additionally treated with mycobacterium bovis.Results At the end of the second month,the improvement of sputum negative conversion rate,excellent focal absorption rates on X-ray chest film,cavity closure rate,ALB,number of CD4+ T cells and CD4+ / CD8+ T was more pronounced in the treatment group than in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Mycobacterium bovis can obviously improve cellular immune function and shorten the time for the sputum negative conversion in the treatment of senile patients with initially treated pulmonary cavity tuberculosis.
