序贯式止血法应用于腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术中影响卵巢功能的临床研究

目的探讨序贯式止血方法应用于腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除手术对患者卵巢功能的影响。方法选择收治的100例腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术患者作为研究对象,其中,观察组47例患者采用序贯止血方法,对照组53例患者采用传统双极电凝止血方法,比较两组患者卵巢功能变化情况。结果手术后3个月,对照组患者的雌二醇、黄体生成素、促卵泡激素等卵巢功能指标明显波动,而观察组患者以上指标均变化较小,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,观察组患者的月经和妊娠情况均明显优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用序贯式止血方法应用于腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术对患者卵巢功能影响较小,有利于保留患者术后的生育功能,值得临床推广应用。

The effects of sequential hemostasis on ovarian function in patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.

Objective To investigate the effects of sequential hemostasis on ovarian function in patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy. Methods One hundred patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in our hospital were divided into two groups. During the operation, sequential haemostasis was used in the observation group （47 patients）, bipolar coagulation haemostasis was used in control group （53 patients）. Ovarian function changes were compared between two groups. Results Three months after the surgery, obvious fluctuations in the levels of E2, LH and FSH were observed in control group compared to those in observation group, and the differences between the groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The menstruation and pregnancy were significantly better in observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Sequential hemostasis applied to laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy has less impact on ovarian function, it is worthy of clinical application.
