| 摘 要： | 目的观察AECOPD患者血清中IL-8、TNF-α、LTB4水平,探讨上述炎症因子在AECOPD的相关性。方法检测30例AECOPD患者血清的IL-8、TNF-α、LTB4水平。结果 AECOPD患者血清IL-8与TNF-α、LTB4呈明显正相关,相关系数分别是(r=0.887,r=0.747),P均<0.01。结论提示这些指标在炎症发生发展过程中可能存在协同作用,加速了炎症的进展。IL-8、TNF-α、LTB4可作为判断疾病严重程度和评估预后的辅助指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the levels of IL-8,TNF-α and LT-B4 in the serum of patients with AECOPD,and to discuss the correlation of these inflammatory cytokines.Methods The levels of IL-8,TNF-α and LT-B4 in the serum of 30 patients with AECOPD were detected.Results The levels of IL-8 and TNF-α,IL-8 and LT-B4 in AECOPD patients were positively correlated respectively（r = 0.887,r = 0.747,P〈0.01）.Conclusion These indicators in the inflammation development process may have synergy effect,which accelerate the progression of inflammatory.IL-8,TNF-α and LT-B4 can be used to judge the severity of disease and prognosis of auxiliary index for assessing clinical outcomes. |
