| 摘 要： | 经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC）是一种方便、有效、创伤小、安全性高的置管技术，对护理人员的要求很高。本文报告了PICC专科护士的认证、培训及规范化管理，主要为建立准入制度，进行3个阶段的准入培训，定期进行理论与质量考核，并实施规范化的科室管理。

| Abstract: | The peripherally inserted central catheters (PICC) is a kind of tube technology with characteristics of convenience,effectiveness,trauma less,high security and high demanding for nursing.This article reported the steps of Credential,raining and standardization management of PICC specialized nurse,mainly including the establishment of access system,three stages of access training lasting for 3 months,regularly examination of theory and quality and conduction of normalized management. |
