| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨乳腺肿块的钼靶摄影征象及其诊断价值。方法：对119例乳腺肿块患者采用钼靶摄影进行诊断并经手术与病理证实。结果：本组119例病例中，恶性肿瘤62例；良性病变57例，其中，良性病变中乳腺囊性增生病9例，乳腺慢性炎症7例，乳腺纤维腺瘤41例。诊断正确98例，诊断率82．4％。结论：钼靶摄影对大多数典型乳腺病例均能作出正确诊断，不典型者需要结合超声诊断及其他临床检查进行确诊。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the mammography signs and the diagnostic value for the tumor of mammary glands.Methods: All of the 119 patients with the tumor of mammary glands were diagnosed by mammography and confirmed by surgery and pathology.Results: There were 62 cases with malignant tumor,57 cases with benign lesions among the 119 cases.And there were 9 cases with breast cystic hyperplasia,7 cases with breast chronic inflammation and 41 cases with breast fibroadenoma in benign lesions.Ninety-eight cases wer... |
