舟山口岸老塘山港区鼠形动物及其体表寄生虫调查

摘    要:[目的]查明舟山老塘山港区鼠形动物及其体表寄生虫本底情况,为预防控制检疫传染病与防止医学媒介生物的输入提供科学依据。[方法]2004年9月~2005年7月期间,在老塘山港区选择室内、荒草地、绿化区3种代表性生境,鼠密度调查采用夹夜法,体表寄生虫调查时,将捕获动物用乙醚麻醉后采集并分类、鉴定。[结果]发现医学媒介生物4目5科8属10种。其中鼠形动物2目2科5属6种,以黄毛鼠为优势种(占61.96%);体表寄生虫,有蜱螨目的革螨2科2属3种和蚤目1科1属1种,革螨以毒厉螨(65.56%)为优势种;蚤类仅适存病蚤1种。恙螨与蜱未检获。鼠密度季节消长呈单峰型,革螨呈双峰型(7月和11月)、蚤类表现为春季高峰型(3月份)。[结论]本次调查初步查明了老糖山港区鼠形动物及其体表寄生虫本底情况;发现适存病蚤1种为舟山市新记录种。

Abstract:Objective To study the background on rat-shape animals and its ectozoa at the laotangshan port of Zhoushan,and to provide a scientific evidence for the monitor of infectious diseases and the hygienic control. Methods The indoor,medow and greening area were chosen as the representative ecological environment,the cage-catching way was adopted to investigate rate-shape animals. Results The medical intermediary organisms were divided into 4 orders,5 families,8 genera,10 species.In which,the rate-shape animals were divided into 2 order,2 families,5 genera,6 species. Rattus losea Swinhce was the dominant species(61.96%). The ectozoa were divided into 2 families,2 genera,3 species beetle of Acarina and 1 families,1 genera,1 species Siphonaptera of N. nicanus,in which,Lelaps echidninus was the dominant species( 65.56%),And there were no trombidiid and tick.The Most of beasts were discovered only in some period of the year.There were one peak of population increase in rate-shape animals,two peak of population increase in beetles(July and November),one peak of flea in March. Conclusion The background of rate-shape animals and its ectozoa at the Laotangshan port of Zhoushan has been investigated.The new record of N. nicanus have been found in Zhoushan.
