摘    要:目的探讨不确定度各分量对测量不确定度的影响。方法根据JF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》,分析出测量不确定度的主要分量。结果校正曲线不确定度和标准溶液浓度的不确定度是样品测量不确定度的主要来源。结论识别出测定过程中的关键环节,应在关键环节上严格质量控制,降低测量不确定度。

Abstract: Objective] To explore the impact of the various components of uncertainty on uncertainty of measurement. Methods] According to "JJF1059 - 1999 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement", main components from the measurement uncertainty was analyzed. Results] Uncertainty in the calibration curve and standard solution concentration were the main source of uncertainty in sample measurement. Conclusion ] Identification of the key link in measurement process should be performed by strict quality control in the key link to reduce the uncertainty of measurement.
