摘    要:目的 观察神经生长因子(NGF)在生后不同时期小鼠心肌组织中的表达.方法 采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法,半定量分析生后1、15、30、60、90 d小鼠心肌组织中NGF mRNA表达水平.结果 小鼠生后1 d心肌组织即有NGF mRNA的表达;随着生后发育过程,表达量逐步增加,30 d时达峰值;此后随鼠龄的增加,表达量呈缓慢下降趋势,仍维持在一定水平.结论 小鼠心肌组织中NGF mRNA的表达量随鼠龄的增加,呈现先升后降的动态变化趋势.

Abstract:Objectives To investigate the expression of nerve growth factor(NGF)in the myocardium of mouse du-ring the postnatal period. Methods NGF mRNA expression levels in the myocardium of mouse were measured on 1 d,15 d,30 d,60 d,90 d after born by semiquantity RT-PCR assay. Results The expression of NGF mRNA was appeared in myocardium of newborn mouse. During the postnatal period,the expression was gradually upregulated,and peaked on the 30th day after born. Then it was slowly downregulated,but was still maintained at certain level. Conclusions The expression of NGF mRNA in murine myocardium was upregulated followed by being downregulated during postnatal period.
