1，6—二磷酸果糖与黄芪注射液合用治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效观察

目的:观察1,6-二磷酸果糖与黄芪注射液合用治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法:对47例病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为治疗组27例,对照组20例,治疗组用国产1,6-二磷酸果糖和黄芪注射液静脉滴注,每日1次,10～14天为一疗程。对照组单用黄芪注射液静脉滴注,每日一次,疗程同上,观察其症状、体征、心电图、心脏扩大变化,检测心肌酶谱,并进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为96.3％与90.0％,P>0.05。结论:1,6-二磷酸果糖与黄芪注射液合用治疗病毒性心肌炎与单用黄芪注射液治疗差异不大。

Clinical effects of 1, 6-biphosphofructose combined with astragalus injection in the treatment of viral myocarditis.

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of 1,6-biphosphofructose combined with astragalus injection in the treatment of viral myocarditis. Methods: A total of 47 cases with viral myocarditis was randomly divided into treamtment group (n = 27) and control group(n = 20) .The treatment group was treated with 1, 6-biphosphofructose and astragalus intravenous drip once a day,while the control group was treated with astragalus alone.intravenous drip once a day,a course of treatment in two group was 10-14 days. The clinical effects were evaluated by the patients symptom-, physical examinations the volume of hearts ECG and the enzymogram of cardiac muscle. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 96.3% and it was 90.0% in the control group.The difference between two groups was not significant(P> 0.05) .Conclusion: The results show that the clinical effect of 1, 6-biphosphofructose combined with astragalus injection is no significant difference to astragalus injection alone in the treatment of viral myocarditis.
