摘    要:本文观察了维生素C(VC)对低密度脂蛋白(LDL)氧化修饰及对已受到氧化修饰LDL的作用。在Cu~(2+)与LDL温育前加入VC,能使硫代巴比妥酸反应物质(TBARS)的生成及琼脂糖电泳迁移率增加,使荧光物质的强度受到抑制,防止维生素E含量减低。但当Cu~(2+)与LDL温育3h后加入VC,再继续温育24h,与不加VC相比,TBARS 含量和琼脂糖电泳迁移率无明显差异。结果说明VC对LDL氧化修饰有抑制作用,对已受到氧化修饰的LDL(O-LDL)无阻断作用。

Abstract:In the paper the effect of vitamin C (VC) on oxidative modification of low density lipoprotein (LDL) and oxidatively modified LDL was studied. Before the incubation of LDL with Cu2+ , addition of VC to the culture could suppress the generation of thiobabituric acid reactive substance (TBARS) and the increases of the mobility in agarose gel electrophoresis and of the fluoresence intensity, and prevent from the decrease in vitamin E content of LDL. LDL was incubated with Cu2+ for 3 hours, then VC was added to the culture, there were significant difference in the TBARS content and agarose gel electrophoresis mobility between the groups of addition and no addition of VC. The results showed that VC could inhibit the oxidative modification of LDL, but could not block the oxidative reaction of the already oxidatively modified LDL.
