摘    要:对10例使用丁胺卡那霉素(AMK)的患者,在进行血药浓度监测的同时,动态观察了r-谷氨酰转肽酶(r-GT),碱性磷酸酶(ALP),乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)三种尿酶的变化,同时与血肌酐(SCr)变化进行对比,结果实验组用药前后及与对照组相比SCr无显著性差异(p>0.05),而三种原酶在用药3d后开始明显升高(p值分别小于0.01,0.01,0.05)。研究结果证明:尿酶变化可以早期反映紧实质性损害,动态观察尿酶变化可以判定肾损害程度及演变过程。

Abstract:The changes of three enzytnuria-r-Glutamyl transpeptidase (r-GT), Alkaline phos-phatase (ALP) and Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH)-were detected dynamically in 10 patientswith intravenous drip of Amikacin (AK) 0.4 g/d and were compared with those of Serum crea-inie (SCr), and the drug concentration of AK in blood was also measured at the same time.The activity of these enzymuria increased 3 days later (P<0.01, P<0.01, P<0.05 respectively)while the SCr did not change (P>0.05). The results suggested that the changes of enzymuriamay reflect the renal damage early and judge the level of renal disfunction and development.
