摘    要:目的 研究毛叶香茶菜化学成分及生物活性。方法 利用硅胶柱层析进行分离和纯化化合物,用波谱分析鉴定其结构。结果 从毛叶香茶菜叶中分离鉴定5个化合物:(1)木脂素(+) - 1- hydroxypinoresinol;(2 )三萜2 α-羟基乌苏酸;(3) hyptadienic acid;(4)黄酮胡麻素;(5 )胡萝卜甙。结论 化合物3为首次从香茶菜属植物中分离得到,化合物1、2和4为首次从毛叶香茶菜中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To research the constituents and bioactivity of Isodon japonica.Methods Compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and their structures were determined by spectroscopic methods.Results Five compounds isolated from the leaves of this plant were identified as (1)alignan(+)--1-hydroxypinoresinol;(2)two triterpenoids 2 α-hydroxy-ursolic acid;(3)hyptadienic acid;(4)a flavonid pedalitin and (5)daucosterol.Conclusion Compound 3 is first time separated from specimen Isodon.Compounds 1,2 and 4 are isolated from Isodon japonica for the first time.
