音乐疗法对维持性血液透析伴抑郁症患者生活质量的影响

目的 探讨音乐疗法对维持性血液透析(MHD)伴抑郁症患者生活质量的影响.方法 将MHD伴抑郁症的74例终末期尿毒症患者随机均分为观察组和对照组,每组37例.对照组予常规护理;观察组在此基础上,在每次血透期间予音乐疗法,随访36个月,比较两组患者的透析充分性和用SF-36生活质量表评价两组患者生活质量的情况.结果 两组患者透析充分性比较,有显著性差异(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).观察组和对照组治疗后、本组治疗前的SF-36评分比较,有显著性差异(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).结论 音乐疗法通过减轻MHD患者抑郁症状,可增加患者透析依从性,改善其营养状态,从而提高透析的充分性,最终提高MHD伴抑郁症患者的生活质量.

Effect of music therapy on life quality of maintenance hemodialysis patients with depression

Objective To observe the effect of music therapy on life quality of hemodialysis patients with depression.Methods 74 cases of maintenance hemedialysis patients with depression were randomly divided into control group (37 cases) and observation group (37 cases) .Routine nursing was adopted in the control group.The music therapy was adopted in the observation group.The average follow-up period was 36 months.Adequacy of dialysis and life quality were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results Compared with those in control group,the adequacy of dialysis were better (P＜0.01 or P＜0.05) .The scores of SF -36 of the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group and those before the treatment in the observation group (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01) .Conclusions Music therapy could alleviate depressive symptoms of maintenance hemediaiysis patients,and improve the compliance and nutritional status.Music therapy could improve llfe quality of hemodialysis patients with depression.
