2型糖尿病患者围手术期甘精胰岛素与胰岛素泵的疗效比较

目的观察甘精胰岛素在2型糖尿病患者围手术期的降糖效果和安全性。方法将准备手术治疗的2型糖尿病患者45例分为甘精胰岛素输注组（甘精组，20例）和胰岛素泵持续皮下输注组（CSII组，25例）。比较两组降糖效果、血糖控制时间、低血糖发生率、切口感染发生率及降血糖费用等方面的差异。结果两组治疗后血糖均显著下降（P〈0．01），达到目标血糖值；血糖、血糖控制时间、低血糖发生率及切口感染发生率两组比较无统计学差异（P〉0．05）；甘精组降血糖费用显著低于CSII组（P〈0．01）。结论围手术期胰岛素治疗中，采用甘精胰岛素可以快速、有效、安全、经济地控制血糖。

Therapeutic comparison between insulin glargine and insulin pump during perioperative treatment of type 2 diabetes

Objective To observe the effectivity and safety of insulin glargine during perioperative treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods Differences of blood glucose level,the time needed for reaching well controlled blood glucose level, hypoglycemia episodes, the infection rate of operation incisions and the cost of therapy were compared between insulin glargine group（n=20） and continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion （CSII） group （n= 25）. Results The patients in the two groups arrive at the similar blood glucose target. There were no differences between the two groups in blood glucose controlling, the time of arriving the target, hypoglycemia incidence, and infection incidence of operation incisions（all P〉0.05）. Conclusions Glargine treatment can improve a diabetes control in a quick, effective, safe and economic way for perioperative treatment of type 2 diabetes.
