| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药配合鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的临床疗效。方法将慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉100例随机分为2组。治疗组50例行鼻内窥镜手术配合中医辨证治疗,对照组50例单纯应用鼻内窥镜手术治疗。结果治疗组总有效率96%,对照组总有效率84%。2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内窥镜手术配合中医辨证治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of method for treating chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods One hundred cases with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were randomly divided into two groups.Fifty cases(treatment group)were treated with traditional Chinese medicine drug plus endoscopic sinus surgery,other fifty patients(control group)underwent simply endoscopic sinus surgery.Results For patients of group one,35 cases were cured,the symptom of 13 patients was partially regression and 2 cases had no change.For patients of group two,29 cases were cured,the symptom of 13 patients was partially regression and 8 cases had no change.The total effective rate in treatment group(96%)was higher than that in control group(84%,P<0.05).Conclusions It would be ideal treatment for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps with traditional Chinese medicine plus endoscopic sinus surgery. |
