健康人体内加替沙星对多索茶碱药动学的影响研究

目的:研究健康人体内加替沙星对多索茶碱药动学的影响。方法:10名健康男性志愿者采用自身对照分为多索茶碱单用组及与加替沙星合用组,用高效液相色谱法分别测定多索茶碱的血药浓度,并进行统计、分析。结果:单用组与合用组的主要药动学参数Cmax分别为(2.82±0.58)、(3.00±0.78)μg·mL-1,t1/2β分别为(76.59±7.11)、(85.67±10.95)min,AUC分别为(220.70±64.84)、(250.51±54.12)mg·min.L-1,均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:健康人体内2药合用时加替沙星对多索茶碱的药动学无显著影响。

Effect of Gatifloxacin on Pharmacokinetics of Doxofylline in Healthy Human Body

OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of gatifloxacin on the pharmacokinetics of doxofylline in healthy human body. METHODS:This is a self-controlled study in which 10 healthy male volunteers were assigned to receive doxofylline alone or in combination with gatifloxacin.The concentrations of doxofylline in two groups were determined by HPLC and were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:The main pharmacokinetic parameters of single doxofylline vs.that in combination with gatifloxacin were as follows:Cmax:(2.82±0.58) vs.(3.00±0.78)μg·mL-1;t1/2β:(76.59±7.11) vs.(85.67±10.95) min,and AUC:(220.70±64.84) vs.(250.51±54.12)mg·min·L-1,all showing no significant differences(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:Gatifloxacin exhibited no effect on the pharmacokinetics of doxofylline in healthy human body when the two drugs used concomitantly.
